I am looking for a well-organized team that regularly practices, scrims, competes in Go4s, and ideally at least has aspirations to compete in a league.

My rank as a solo queue player, playing two accounts, is comfortably in the low Gold 1 / high Gold 2 range, with a combined KD this season of 1.1. I get a little better every season, and am very mindful to identify and improve upon my weaknesses. I have started to track my own detailed stats by map, operator, bomb site, etc... to identify weaknesses. I think I would very comfortably be at least a Plat III player if I had a steady stack, and that my fundamentals are good enough to contribute at a high level of competitive. I have played well over 1,000 hours, have paid for coaching from a former pro, and have extensive game knowledge.

My comfort zone as a player is support/flex. I always pick ops for utility, rather than for frag potential. My most picked ops. lately are Thermite, Maestro, Hibana, Gridlock and Valkyrie, but I don't have "mains". Over my last 1,100 rounds, there are 20 ops that I have picked at least 15 times.

My availability is nights. I work (I am an old), but my schedule is flexible most of the time.
