I'm very laid back 20-year-old and very supportive of my teammates. I've been playing Siege since Velvet Shell, and I've only improved since then. I've been solo queuing for ranked games, but teammates keep leaving, handicapping the rest of us. Lack of communication is another issue that keeps dropping my MMR from gold to bronze every season thus far. I'd love to join a squad to stop this.
