Who are we?

We are a roughly new (Year of experience) created North American team formed off of a previous team with consistent ESL practices. As of the roster now, we are 4 players (1 sub, 3 main roster) in the Platinum 2/1 skill range and are currently looking for some starters, or main team. We take the game seriously but obviously no game is a game, without a little bit of fun. But I would like to consider our team as a whole, "mature".

What we are looking for

These expectation that I am about to list can vary depending on if I can approve. For one, I would at least expect you in the platinum range but that can change, your rank has so little to say about your skill. This rank cap is here mainly because as a competitive ESL team, I would like to focus more on teamwork than I would with Skill. Following along with what I said, we will be playing in ESL so you do have to be 18 and older. Good map knowledge, situation awareness, as well as individual gun skill will help as well. A clearence level of 100 or more must be met unless you feel like that doesn't matter or your rank proves otherwise. I have this set so I can have a standard of knowledge on who has experience in the game and who doesn't.

Availability

Although I am not too heavy on attendence, it is required that you at the very least make allotted practices. These practices are on Monday-Thursday @ 7PM Et, along with the ESL cups, GO4's, and countless leagues.
