General requirements:

• -EU resident
• -Age 18+
• -Fluent in English and great communicator
• -Taking and giving constructive criticism
• -Dedicated, with a minimum of 20h availability per week

Player requirements:

• -Plat 3 or higher
• -Minimum weekly availability: 20h playtime, 4 scrims, 2 comp
• -No Toxic behavior or reputation
• -Preferably experience with playing on ESL
