Obtained Esports was founded in 2018 by Jake Kimber & Joel Gurnell. Here at obtained we believe in chances, opportunities and risks. As an organisation we wanted to find those that maybe haven't hit the competitive scene yet, someone who is aspiring to grow big but needs that someone or something to give them a boost. Well, Obtained are the ones who do that. We strive on building up young talent from the ground up in a structured but fun and professional way.

We aspire to be the biggest and best in our approach to the competitive scene. Obtained Esports strives from our players competing and representing our organisation from playing games, posting social media or even wearing apparel out and about. Whilst our players and staff work behind the scenes for Obtained Esports we believe that not only them but our supports, sponsors and general fan base plays a huge part in how obtained is run, what we do and where we wish to go

Within Obtained Esports we like to take a family approach to everyone. We treat each and every single that either plays, works or supports obtained like a family member. We show respect that is deserved and have a very strong ethos throughout obtained on any approach. Integrity, Determination and Maturity are our 3 key aspects through out Obtained Esports.

General requirements:

-EU resident -Age 18+ -Fluent in English and great communicator -Taking and giving constructive criticism -Dedicated, with a minimum of 15h availability per week

Player requirements:

-Gold 1 or higher -Minimum weekly availability: 15h playtime, 4 scrims, 2 comp -No Toxic behavior or reputation -Preferably experience with playing on ESL
