We have an IGL/Entry Fragger

We are looking for 4 players and a coach, the roles we need are Intel/Breach support, Denial and all around support (Thatcher/smoke/mute/whatever we need), Aggressive flex, someone who can take gunfights and play very well mechanically as well as more variety, so IQ, Buck, (Hibana if double hard breach, unless entry is interested), and we need a secondary frag/flex, so the person who will take over for the entry if they are to die, but plays roles like Rook/Doc and hard anchors, or they can play entry and swap with the entry for a match if he's doing badly. THERE WILL BE NO ROLE CHANGES UNLESS VERIFIED BY IGL

Requirements: Born in 2004, late October, November, or early December Must have some form of experience against diamond level players (scrimms, ranked, etc.) Mechanical skill of a hardcore entry, even if support you should be able to clutch At least a solo queue plat 3, the higher the better Loyalty and ability to work hard Extreme availability, vacations will be a rare reward and only excuses are exams and we must be notified 3 days in advance. You get 2 chances. What will we do?: We will be 15 upon joining. This means we have a year to practice so we can become the best NA underagers, and dominate CCS (if it will be a thing, if not, next big community league). For the first 6 months, we will work on getting the ideal roster and reaching diamond/champion with said roster to prove we can work together extremely well against the simplest opponents. Next, after the first 6 months, we will start doing regular scrimms and then everyone will take turns making strats Monday-Friday. We will have 2 hard play styles, Extremely Passive (turtling and playing boring, but without any mistakes, smoke plants, etc.), and hyper aggressive (Spawn-peeks, deathmatch, fragging.), so we will do one week for every style every week.
