[UK] [PC] [LF3] [PLAT 2]

Hello. Team Atlas is a team that has been active for around 10 months. We have recently decided to abandon our R6 roster due to internal issues. We have now decided that we would like to restart our attempt at R6. 2 members of our original roster are still with us (H4133M and Nova). Our previous team was based around communication and adaptation, we aim to prioritise communication and teamwork in our games while incorporating more strats than last time.

- What we have

• A decently established discord server
• Strats for specific maps
• A clean environment to play
• Over 10 months managing and IGLing experience

- Our players

• H4133M- Primary fragger (Manager)
• Nova- Flex, IGL (Owner, Manager)

- What we are looking

• UK players aged 16+
• Non toxic/racist in and out of game
• Positive mindset
• Previous experience in a team, scrims and ESL tournaments
• Extremely confident and clear comms
• Ability to follow instructions from our IGL
• Confident gameplay
• A consistent schedule

- Roles we're looking for

* Secondary fragger / aggressive flex

To support our primary fragger, in tasks like roam clear, map presence on ATK and DEF

• Should be able to play ops such as Mozzie (especially), Mute. IQ, Zofia, Buck, Twitch, Jackal, Sledge, occasionally Hibana.
• Should have the ability to flex on to these ops, and occasionally more to benefit strats.
• Know when to play reserved and aggro. Defaults usually to reserve on defense.

* Support / hard anchor

• Be comfortable playing ops such as Therm, Thatcher. Mira and any acog on DEF basically 100% of the time.
• Should be consistent at gun fights, knowing when to play aggro and following strats.

* Support flex

• Be comfortable playing ops such as Thatcher, occasionally Hibana, Mav (especially). Lesion, Smoke, Mute, Goyo, Castle, Bandit (especially), occasionally Kaid and Alibi.
• Your role will generally be shared with our other flex player, like the 2 ops chosen will compliment eachother in the strat.

- Our aims / goals

• Our general aim is to reach diamond while also growing our community presence through Twitch streaming and Youtube. We also aim to compete at a high level of play in ESL (UK and European swiss, and GO4) and G4G tournaments.

- How will the application process work?

• If you want to apply for a role, message either H4133M#6815 or Nova#3398. Your message should include what role you are applying for and your R6 tracker link.
• We will ask you relevant questions, and you will have the chance to ask us questions. If everything is fine and we accept you as a tryout, you will be invited to our private server.
• Tryouts will most likely be through ranked games, because we don't have a 5 man to scrim. We understand that tryouts should be in scrims but because we only have a 2 stack rn we cant.
• We will only accept members if they mesh will other potential members.

- Notes

• Maps that we prefer and have strats for- Club, Coastline, Consululate, (preparing Kafe)
• The majority of the strats that work involve banning Mav and Kaid, of course we need to counter-strat if they ban ops that are necessary to our strat, so that is why we are looking for our flex to play mav or kaid occasionally. The majority of the time we bring hardbreach and Thatcher or double hardbreach and Thatcher.
• We also believe in full transparency, and believe it is crucial to build positive relationships with teammates, which will further our play.
• We also have incredibly weird calls that we will run you through before hand.
• We also don't play one Mondays or Thursdays, ask for more schedule details.
