Sick of no mics, I really want to improve with a stack or a solid 3, chill vibes, and want to win/improve.

Only around 200hrs in the game but come from around 5k hrs in CS. Learning alot about the game and watching a tone too. It would be great to play with some more experienced players. The aim is to try and progress though ranked the next few seasons and then maybe compete in some AM tournaments/scrims.
