Nova gaming community present rainbow 6 e-sports team (PC)

We are currently looking for gamers with their mind set on the competitive e-sports scene, whether you are fresh blood with the right mentality to succeed, or someone with previous experience in the industry we need to hear from you. Going into the competitive scene is a big step and you feel ready to take that step then we can provide the right support for you. With experienced members of the R6 community ready to take the helm, to lead and manage you to victory you will join an ambitious group of individuals ready to come together as a team.

With a community of nearly 3000 members standing behind us to help drive our growth, this is a great opportunity to join at an exciting time for all.

To compete and be successful at a professional level you need to show complete dedication and willingness at all stages. If you have the same passion and level of involvement for the game as we do, then we would love to take you under our wing and march together to victory.

As a new team this is an ideal opportunity for people to join us and build this from the ground up, using your strengths and weaknesses you will be able to take an integral part in the initial development and composition of this team. Everyone will be respected as an individual and using our minds and leadership skills, we will be able to make your playstyle fit in within our desired strategies. We will do as much for you, as much as you are willing to do for the team. If you think you have what it takes to take this seriously then we want to have you as well.

Checklist

• Clear working mic and good headset

• Right mindset – Don’t be a racist, do not be toxic, discussions and criticism is very welcome but must be based on facts and be of a constructive native

• English is the main language (at a conversational level) so we can recruit the best of the best from all of Europe

• Well-tuned and performing gaming device (minimum 60fps 1080p) and a good internet connection, Discord client is also a must

• 4-5 days a week, 2-3 hours on each day training or play time

• For the purposes of tournament entry applicants must be 18+ (if you younger but still confident in your ability we can still find a role for you in our general play sessions)

All the training sessions will be well planned out by the managed and trainer, will include individual tasks as well various practise plans/strategies, overall map and weapon training. What I am trying to say that everything you need is there, all the tools that are available will be used and applied to your training and development, all you need to do is have the right mind and ability to make the most of all that we are willing to do for you.
