[NA/PC] Team KnockOut [TKO]

Team KnockOut (TKO) is a Rainbow Six Siege team looking to participate regularly in ranked gameplay, R6TMs, and GO4 tournaments. The team features daily practices of 2-3 hours in length, a fully built out Discord, Twitter, and Siegrs profiles, extremely ambitious members, and a great environment for learning and excelling forward in the community and gameplay as a whole.

Practice Times - 5:30pm EST Daily

Practice Length - 2-6 Hours daily

Practice Topics - Strat Development, R6TMs, Ranked, & Scrims

Maximum Team Capacity - 5 Main Squad players, unlimited substitutes.

Practice Definitions:

Strat Development - A 1 hour long discussion regarding 2 maps and debate on the topic. Can be done via voice and text. You are to pick 2 Ranked Maps and speak on each for 30 minutes a piece/reviewing them in game or on R6Maps.com. Things to consider are operator picks, pros and cons, and the most important rooms. This is to go no longer than ONE Hour.

R6TM - R6TM 5 stack queue. Self explanatory.

Ranked Training - This is to be a minimum of 4 Ranked Games. Before ranked there is a mandatory Warmup period. 15 minutes of warming up however each individual/squad likes. Casual, THunt, Osu, Etc. Between games there are Discussion periods. Goods and bads of the games, what needs to be improved on. In post, there is a non-toxic light hearted discussion of every player's performance over the day.

Scrim Days - Scrims days must be prepared for with 2 Ranked Games in advanced, a 15 minute warmup, and Map Selection. Every team member must vote on the maps for a scrim day in #squad-discussion . You pick 2 maps and say them both in that channel showing that's what you'd be interested in for the upcoming scrim. Please only do this the day of scrims, and if you plan to participate.

FAQ

How do I play with the Squad? - Be IN The voice channel for practice before it starts. If you're showing up late, notify an @Captain with a tag in #general explaining your situation. It's perfectly okay to miss practice. Subs frequently fill in for missing main squad members who cannot attend daily training, and vice-versa.

I'm a tryout/recruit. How do I get on the squad? - Tryouts need to attend 3 practices in order to undergo consideration for the substitute squad. Recruits need only undergo 1-2. The difference being Tryouts are an applicant to the team directly, whereas Recruits are people we've asked to join TKO.

How many practices can I miss? - You can miss an infinite number of practices so long as you let people know you're not coming, as listed above. You can only miss 4 practices without warning however before being removed from TKO.

Ranked gameplay consists of Team members having specific roles and a list of operators they play during Ranked, keeping the team both organized and efficient. The Team Captain and In-Game-Leader being the same individual helps keeps the team in check and reduces the possibility for infighting. TKO. maintains positive relationships with other teams in its environments and is strictly against toxic players and gameplay. The team does not condone smurfing, glitching, cheating, or stream sniping of any form, including usage of the shield glitch.
