FLEX PLAYER REQUIREMENTS/APPLICATION Our requirements: -High Gold+ (No Exceptions) -Have a 1.0 K/D or higher (With Some Exceptions) -Have a mic/discord, with good comm skills -In-depth map knowledge/callouts -16 years old or older -Be able to take constructive criticism, and be coachable -Non-toxic (No Exceptions, Unless You're Beaulo) -Have a free enough schedule to practice 3 or 4 times a week -Be dedicated to the team (Actively Participate In Strats/Scrims/Practices)

COACH REQUIREMENTS/APPLICATION Requirements: -Age 16+ -Prior experience as a competitive player (With some exceptions). -You don’t need to have played competitively in R6, just some experience. -Available 4-5 days a week to help the team (We can work on times). -Extensive knowledge of the game (There will be a quiz). -Good communication (Have a mic 4Head). -Willing to VOD review, figure out the strengths and weaknesses of strategies/players. -Understand the playstyles of high-level players and teams and compare them to ours. -Help figure out what the team’s playstyle is, and make strategies that fit towards it. -Non-Toxic (No exceptions). -Help set up scrims and practices. -Willing to be involved with the team, and work with individuals as needed.
