Be 15 or above years old

Have around 500 to 1000 hours minimum

Have experience in a team

Must be able to speak up and control a game

Must be able to learn from others and listen to people about how to improve ( If you have no desire to improve and you think you're already the "best" then fuck off )

Speak English Fluently

Played in ranks Plat 3 and above

Must not back seat game or put anyone/everyone in the team down.
